Job Description
The Warehouse Person will process parts orders, manage stocks/inventory, and provide quality customer service. The successful candidate will pick and pack orders, receive and inspect remanufactured parts, and advise customers on products and policies.
Requirements
- Pick and pack orders
- Manage stocks/inventory
- Receive and inspect remanufactured parts
- Accept and process any parts returns
- Managing the shipping and receiving, including the planning of routes of shipment
- Advise customers on products, any updates, and any policies, procedures and programs as necessary
- Operate warehouse equipment (hose machine, forklifts)
- Maintain a clean working area as per Michigan CAT policies
