Job Description
Macaw is seeking a Data Architect to collaborate with clients on designing, building, and maintaining their data platforms, from data sourcing to user accessibility. The role involves laying the foundation for engineers, focusing on orchestration, security, and adoption within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric). Macaw, a pioneer in innovation and technology for over 30 years, guides organizations in the Era of AI, delivering data-driven, cloud-based solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and have professional working proficiency in English.
- Professional working proficiency in German is a plus.
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
- Experience using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and/or Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and knowledge of DevOps or JIRA is a plus.
