Macerich seeks a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing and business development efforts at a retail property, driving revenue, enhancing guest experience, and strengthening community and tenant relationships.
Requirements
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, leasing, property teams, local media, non-profits, and civic organizations
- Collaborate with the property team to elevate the shopping experience through events, promotions, and advertising
- Utilize market research and digital tools to create and implement a Common Area Business Plan (CABP) and other marketing strategies
