They are seeking a Build Engineer to take ownership of product transformation from prototype to production, working closely with product and manufacturing teams. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in production manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization (internship and school projects qualify).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with shop floor processes (machining, welding, composites, additive manufacturing, assembly, test).
