Propulsion Mechanical Design Engineer

Mach Industries is seeking Mechanical Design Engineers to join their revolutionary Mach Propulsion division, developing a high-performance small turbine engine for scalable manufacturing. The role involves design, development, testing, and collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

• Design and Development: Design turbojet engine components and subsystems using Siemens NX.
• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Participate in concept generation, trade studies, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fabrication, machining, test, and engineering teams.
• BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience
• Proficient in Siemens NX and PLM tools
• Working knowledge of ASME Y14.5
• Experience with prototyping and testing
