Civil Project Engineer - Infrastructure

Join the MacKay Sposito team as a motivated and relationship-focused Civil Project Engineer to work on a broad range of multi-year projects within aerospace, water treatment, and more. This role will have a mix of office and field-based responsibilities, traveling approximately 50% of the time in Southern California.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater project design
• At least one year of experience in field construction oversight
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Civil Engineering
• Familiarity with Project Management platforms such as ACC
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6
• California P.E. license or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
• Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Ability to manage several project tasks concurrently
• Ability to work independently on construction sites
• Solid organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with multi-disciplinary team members
