Human Resources Generalist

MacKay Sposito seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, training, and development in a growing, multi-state professional services organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, with strong emphasis in employee relations and employee development
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, and coaching managers through complex personnel situations
