Job Description
MacKay Sposito is seeking a full-time Land Surveyor in Training - LSIT to join our expanding Land Surveying team in Roseville, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of surveying projects while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your development and path toward licensure.
Requirements
- Collect and process survey data using GPS, scanners, and total stations to produce accurate measurements
- Create boundary, topographic and construction survey drawings and maps
- Assist survey crew with field layout and staking for construction and boundary projects
- Prepare survey reports and other deliverables for clients and internal teams
- Ensure QA/QC and adherence to industry standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to support successful project completion
