Job Description
The Majors Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the day-to-day execution of operational tasks within the fulfillment process for retail wholesale accounts.
Requirements
- Support and guide team members through the pick, pack, and ship processes to ensure order accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
- Monitor workflow and delegate assignments to maintain department efficiency and fulfillment timelines
- Ensure internal process standards and client compliance protocols are consistently followed throughout the fulfillment cycle
