Director, Product Strategy and Research

Director, Product Strategy and Research position at Mackenzie Investments in the Greater Toronto Area, ON, CA. Lead the Product Strategy, Research & Oversight Team and own the thematic research agenda, drive product lifecycle optimization, lead strategic analyses, and champion a culture of differentiation. Work in a hybrid environment with three days a week in the office. No direct people management but indirect leadership responsibilities. Reporting to the VP, Product Strategy, Research and Oversight. Ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of progressive experience in a strategy function within asset management, management consulting, or corporate development. Strong analytical and strategic leader with intellectual horsepower and ability to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in a strategy function within asset management, management consulting (with a focus on financial services), or corporate development.
• CFA designation is strongly preferred.
