Dispatcher - HVAC & Electrical

We are seeking a Dispatcher for HVAC & Electrical to efficiently schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring technicians are assigned based on availability, skillset, and job priority.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience dispatching in HVAC and Electrical industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient in ServiceTitan or similar industry CRM system.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
