Job Description
Become a key member of the Macmahon Underground Mining team as an EXPERIENCED Jumbo Operator, contributing your expertise and knowledge as a senior team member. FIFO and DIDO opportunities available, with a family-friendly 2:2 roster.
Requirements
- Read and understand Development Designs and memos.
- Preform thorough pre-starts and report any damages.
- Previous experience operating SANDVIK jumbos.
- All aspects of development mining, including incline/decline and ore boring drive.
- Installation of ground support using Split Set Bolts and Mesh.
- Mechanical scaling as required.
- Complete daily planned inspection reports correctly.
- Install mine services when required.
- Be proactive with specific role requirements relating to the mining cycle, ensuring minimal operational downtime.
