Job Description
The Summer Camp Coordinator supports the Director in the smooth running of daily camp operations during the summer camp season. This position creates a positive first impression and overall camp experience through welcoming students and their families and attending to daily aspects of camp life.
Requirements
- Communicate pre-camp orientation information and gather post-camp feedback
- Assemble and distribute camp materials
- Welcome students upon arrival each day and facilitate camp dismissal
- Provide daily onsite support to camp students and faculty
- Supervise Sampler Camp students at beginning and end of day and lunch
- Monitor and communicate auditions to students and ensure camp faculty receive student audition materials
- Assist Marketing in taking pictures and videos of camps
- Coordinate camp concert programs, recording, and communication
