The Course/Education Support Team Leader will lead a dedicated team to strengthen course delivery and shape an exceptional student experience in the Faculty of Arts. The role will involve leading integrated advice and support to enhance course delivery, student lifecycle processes, and the overall learning experience.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or extensive relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of tertiary education policies, governance frameworks, and course, unit, and student lifecycle processes
- Proven experience consulting, planning, managing, and negotiating the delivery of services and outcomes with senior stakeholders in a complex organisational environment
- Demonstrated experience providing advice and guidance in complex student services or education delivery settings
- Strong people leadership capability, with a track record of developing collaborative, engaged, and high-performing teams
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading projects and continuous improvement initiatives through to completion
- Proficiency in contemporary digital tools and administrative systems relevant to tertiary education operations
