Job Description
Coach swimmers of all levels at MUSAC, delivering training, stroke correction, and competition prep in a dynamic, inclusive university squad program.
Requirements
- Hold AUSTSWIM Teacher Towards Competitive Strokes and/or SCTA Swim Squad Fundamentals certification
- Demonstrated experience coaching in a competitive/development squad environment
- Possesses experience of competitive coaching of Metropolitan/Country level athletes and above
- Ability to develop and nurture swimmers of all abilities with diverse backgrounds
