What You Will Do

Develop solutions that enhance system reliability and support the delivery of business-driven features, build automation that strengthens reliability and enables efficient delivery, and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

4+ years of experience in software engineering, strong coding skills, experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines and production systems, and hands-on experience using AI tools and applying iterative workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong coding skills (e.g. Python)
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines and production systems
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Proven ability to create reusable prompts, templates or structured workflows
• Strong experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
• Solid analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
• Experience with APIs, React, SQL-based systems, AWS environments, and building shared tools or frameworks
