We are building a dedicated product capability to accelerate the development of AI-native products and workflows. The role of Head Product focuses on driving execution at scale, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex product initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product management for complex software or data-driven products
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution through clear roadmaps and delivery plans
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery across multiple teams or workstreams
• Strong program management skills, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in a product-led environment
• Good understanding of AI-enabled products, data platforms, or analytical tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and execution plans
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with evolving requirements in fast-paced environments
