Job Description
As a Retail Cosmetics Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a personalized and inspiring shopping experience for customers, building relationships, and driving sales. You will work as an educator and beauty expert, offering expert advice, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored consultations. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, meeting sales goals, and maintaining an organized and shoppable space.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required
