Job Description
As a Retail Cosmetics Sales Associate, you will be a trusted expert in beauty products, providing personalized shopping experiences and building relationships with customers. You will be responsible for selling beauty products, maintaining a shoppable space, and meeting sales goals.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required
