Retail Cosmetics Sales Associate, Wheaton Plaza - Flex

As a Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague, you will be the trusted expert for customers in beauty products, providing personalized shopping experiences, and exceeding sales goals. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, offering product demonstrations, and educating them on beauty products. You will also maintain a shoppable space, leverage clienteling tools, and stay up-to-date through ongoing training and vendor education.
