Job Description
Bloomingdale's Stylist's primary role is to guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. They establish and cultivate long term client relationships both in store and online, delivering the Bloomingdale's customer experience through the art of conversation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours
- Physical ability to stand/walk, reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, and lift/move up to 25lbs
