Job Description
Maddox is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical accounting expertise, team leadership, and a focus on process optimization to maintain the company's financial health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-8 years of progressive AP experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role within a large-scale organization
- Mastery of enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and specialized AP automation tools (e.g., Ramp, Coupa, Tipalti)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in collaborating and presenting to the company executive team
