Job Description
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineering Manager to lead the modernization of our BI and reporting infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage the BI engineering team, design and deliver the company's analytics platform, data warehouse, and business reporting, and partner with business leaders to deliver accurate and timely insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience interacting with key stakeholders explaining technical problems in simple, easy to digest ways
- Hands-on leader and comfortable mentoring and working with junior colleagues
- 3-5+ years of experience managing technical data or software focused teams
- Technical or engineering degree (helpful but not required)
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly via phone, email, and chat
