Job Description
We are looking for a day shift production manager in Montreal for a food manufacturing plant who will act as the right-hand man of the production director to ensure operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, production management automation, or related field
- Experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production, ideally in the food industry or consumer goods
- Experience in production team management and mobilization
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Good understanding of Lean / continuous improvement / TPM environments
- Ground-level leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to improve team performance
- Bilingual: French and English
