- Identify and create distinct marketing strategies for key areas of growth including new category and customer opportunities
- Establish brand health and marketing success metrics, routinely track for marketing teams and report out to leadership
- Track the retail landscape, competitive environment, and consumer trends to ensure relevancy and position the brand as a leader in the industry
- Translate business goals and marketing tactics into a comprehensive strategy that drives customer growth in key segments and brand affinity across new and existing customers
- Lead seasonal planning process and establish quarterly brand roadmap that tracks all marketing tactics and ensure all efforts ladder up to key marketing focus
- Lead quarterly, full funnel reporting for marketing teams in close collaboration with brand and digital team leads
