As the Store Director, you will be accountable for every aspect of your retail store performance, including driving a profitable business, creating exceptional customer experiences, and fostering an inclusive work environment. You will lead your team, manage store operations, and recruit, train, and develop the best talent to build a diverse team that reflects the communities you serve.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time retail management experience
- Current Store Director experience is a plus
- Passionate support for the brand, customers, and teams
- Ability to stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments
- Embracing teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks
- Innovating and championing new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
