Stylist

As a Stylist at Madewell, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and building meaningful relationships with customers. You will embody personal style and product passion, and work to create a culture of product expertise across your team.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in one-to-one clienteling
• Results-driven environment
• Passion for the brand, customers, and teams
• Ability to stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments
• Teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
