Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) Mandatory.
- Customer-facing experience in a sales or support role, with a strong, proactive sales mindset.
- Basic technical understanding of e-commerce platforms (abandoned carts, login issues, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel, email communication, and comfortable navigating websites.
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Communications, or related fields).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-first attitude.
