Full-Time Machine Tool/CNC Technology Instructor

Madison College is hiring a full-time Machine Tool/CNC Technology instructor to teach basic and advanced manufacturing, CNC machining, tool making theory, and apprenticeship coursework. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and an interest in developing their teaching skills while contributing to an innovative and industry-responsive program.

Requirements

• Facilitate student learning by developing appropriate instructional strategies to fit students' needs and support student engagement
• Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback in courses taught by the instructor
• Contribute to student success and retention by advising students with course selection, career concerns, internships, and other matters
• Serve as an advocate for students and engage in activities that help students achieve their goals
