Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and support our team of technicians on the job site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring technicians, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and performing monthly quality and truck inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field-based or technician environment.
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data to develop action plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring technicians.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
