Welder 1

The Welder 1 position involves performing daily functions as directed by work orders, setting up and adjusting welding equipment, and producing quality welds. The role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to safely operate welding equipment and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must pass Madix weld test
• Welding certification a plus
• Formal MIG welding training or hands-on experience in a production setting
• High school diploma/GED or 1 year factory/manufacturing related experience
