Provide guidance to end-users and stakeholders about procurement procedures and contracts, and develop and implement standard contract/agreement templates for various services.
Requirements
- Provide guidance to end-users and stakeholders about procurement procedures and contracts
- Develop and implement standard contract/agreement templates
- Review scope of work/services to ensure clarity and completeness
- Recommend effective strategies to ensure streamlined procurement cycles and contracting activities
- Establish pre-determined criteria for bid evaluation
- Conduct risk analysis to identify organization's exposure
- Evaluate proposals and recommend contract awards or negotiation
- Manage the contract award process
- Peruse and recommend applicable revisions to existing contracts and agreements
