Job Description
Supervise a team of mechanical technicians, plan and schedule maintenance tasks, monitor equipment performance, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Supervise a team of mechanical technicians
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily maintenance tasks
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct inspections
- Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of mechanical faults
- Review and maintain maintenance records
- Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams
- Oversee inventory and requisition of spare parts, tools, and consumables
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Support in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Prepare and submit reports on mechanical performance, issues, and recommendations
