Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing social channels and executing successful influencer campaigns
- Deep understanding of major social platforms and emerging trends
- Strong network of creators or experience building influencer programs
- Experience with social analytics and influencer tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
