Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations in food distribution and management, with a proven track record of leading a team to success.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to management
