Operations Analyst/Project Coordinator

Role Overview

MAG Aerospace is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Director at Fort Belvoir, VA. You’ll independently apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

What You Will Do

Duties include, but not limited to: participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities, supporting organizational-level operations and information, managing taskers and staffing packets, and representing operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience
• Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
• Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
