Requirements

• Provide dedicated administrative and program support to MCWL Information Section personnel
• Manage official documentation, correspondence, and task tracking
• Coordinate and support scheduling, meetings, briefings, and events
• Assist with the development and formatting of reports, memos, briefing slides, and financial/informational spreadsheets
• Maintain calendars and schedules in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
• Facilitate and track action items from meetings
• Support deployment package creation, document handling, and SharePoint site administration
