This hybrid position involves project management, financial analysis, and administrative support for a complex portfolio of contracts. Requirements
- Maintains, and monitors funding and expenditures for both MANTECH and subcontractors
- Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues
- Prepare financial reports
- Works as key technical expert on financial analysis, issues, and concerns
- Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
- Audits expense reports, timesheets, and purchase requisitions
- Creates Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs), Budget estimates, and/or cost to complete work analysis for new projects or new work
