Magellan Aerospace is a global, integrated aerospace company that provides complex assemblies and systems solutions to aircraft and engine manufacturers, and defence and space agencies worldwide. The company has a great opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management, or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and aerospace/industrial experience.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment supporting an ISO 9001 or AS9100âcompliant QMS.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 principles, process approach, riskâbased thinking, and corrective action processes.
- Handsâon experience with Lean/continuous improvement tools: 5S, 6S, value stream mapping, standard work, visual management, root cause analysis (5âWhy, fishbone), and Kaizen facilitation.
