Job Description
Magellan Aerospace is a global aerospace company looking for a skilled Licensed Electrician to join their manufacturing team in the Ottawa Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment across the facility.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent educational credential
- Certified Electricians must hold a valid 309A or 442 license
- Minimum 3–5 years of electrical experience in industrial or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with PLC-controlled systems, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Able to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work safely in industrial conditions, including heights, confined spaces and around operating machinery
