Magical Beginnings is seeking an Assistant Childcare Center Director to join the leadership team for their center in West Peabody, MA. The role involves overseeing center operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and fostering a positive environment for staff and children.

Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or other degree with relevant experience or training
• EEC Director II Certification, active maintenance of annual continuing education requirements, current First Aid and CPR Certificate, and updated State Registry required
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a leadership position in an early childhood education setting
