Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Massachusetts EEC Director II–certified Childcare Center Director to lead our licensed preschool childcare center in Leominster, MA. This role includes a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Director II certification (required)
- Previous experience as a Childcare Center Director, Assistant Director, or Program Director in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong knowledge of EEC compliance, licensing, and childcare regulations
- Experience with enrollment management and staff leadership
- Commitment to high-quality early childhood education
