Senior Solutions Consultant, Payer Operations & Provider RCM

Magical is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to help win deals faster and deploy with confidence by partnering with customers and the deployment team. The role involves helping customers understand how agentic automation can work in production in their environment, supporting deployment teams post-sale, and reducing avoidable back-and-forth by bringing domain context into customer conversations.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation consulting, solutions architecture, workflow consulting, operational consulting, or similar in healthcare, enterprise software, or services
• Real depth in provider revenue cycle management and/or payer operational workflows
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with AEs, Deployment, Product, and Engineering
• Strong bias to action and willingness to do detailed work
