Salesforce Solution Specialist - Marketing Cloud

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Specialist to join our dynamic team in India. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects in a rapidly evolving field, with a focus on delivering impactful Marketing Cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Marketing Cloud Development and Solutioning
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Marketing Cloud technologies
• Develop and maintain web applications with proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Client Engagement
• Communicate technical concepts, design and decisions to a non-technical audience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions
• Discovery/Design
• Contribute to discovery and requirements gathering
• Assist in translating client business requirements and needs into discovery and design documentation
• QA
• Ensure that all components are rigorously tested, documented and satisfy technical standards and business use case requirements
• Design and execute component unit testing
• Facilitate UAT testing and validation
• Responsively debug and troubleshoot application issues on a system and component level
• Training/Documentation
• Conduct informative, well planned training sessions with non-technical to highly technical client audiences
• Document processes thoroughly and legibly, supplementing training sessions and enabling user adoption
• Project Management
• Demonstrate eagerness to keep projects moving forward, taking initiative to resolve blockers and maintain momentum
• Partner with analysts to ensure client satisfaction and the completion of projects that are on time and within scope
• Collaboration
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Actively pursue alignment with these resources, report on status of all assigned work regularly (daily)
