Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- CPA or CPA-eligible
- Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in life insurance
- NetSuite or other ERP systems experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
