Drafter - Civil3D/CAD

Position is IN OFFICE in Midland TX. Transform survey information, initial sketches, and concept designs using Civil3D into construction plans. Work with engineer to modify plans from mark-ups and design revisions.

Requirements

• An Associate Degree or equivalent Certificate for AutoCAD/Civil3D preferred; Bachelor's Degree welcomed.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Civil3D including creating surfaces, road profiles, grading, earthwork computation, pipe networks and profiles;
• Land development industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform non-routine and complex assignments from verbal instructions under minimum supervision
• Ability to work closely with project manager to determine if scope of work/budgets need to be revised
