MagTech is hiring a Customer Service Representative near Farmington, MI. The role involves providing effective customer service, processing customer orders, and resolving disputes with sales orders.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in customer service or inside sales role
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle) strongly preferred
- Experience with preparing customer orders and/or handling return requests using phone and e-mail communication
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
