Job Description
MagTech is hiring a Hydraulic Technician near Savage, MN. Responsibilities include service and repair of pumps, motors, and power units, as well as testing, trouble-shooting, and assembly. Hours are 7am-3:30pm, with overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Use of various hand tools for repair
- Ability to tear down open loop and closed loop pumps
- Understanding of basic hydraulic diagrams/schematics
- Knowledge of three most popular pumps and their components
- Understanding of cylinders and their operations
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (hoist, forklift, Hilo)
