Job Description
MagTech is currently hiring an Outside Sales Specialist (Business Development) near Sacramento, CA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The role involves building and maintaining business relationships, growing sales, and enhancing margins. Responsibilities include interacting with customer prospects via email, phone, and in person, and working with internal resources to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Industrial sales experience
- A documented personal sales process
- Experience writing and deploying proposals and client presentations
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or PLC controllers
- Proficient with MS word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Consultative Sales Skills Training
- A Positive ‘Can-Do’ Attitude
