Job Description
Receipt and storage of materials in store, ensuring SOPs are followed, and resolving customer complaints. Managing manpower and equipment, generating reports, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Receipt and Storage of material in store as per location
- Solving day to day problems of customers
- Sale/Rejection Invoicing ; GRN ; RGP/NRGP; Stock transfer, etc. in SAP
- Manpower Management and ensure MH equipment availability
- MIS reports
- Observations on problems faced by team and improvement suggestions
- Experience of working in SAP, FIFO Management, Inventory management
- Safety of men, machine and material in working area and 5S
- Participation in Quality circle, CRE, Kaizen and yellow belt project
- Routine Liaison with the various departments
